We regularly save thousand of words by illustrating our output where necessary with clear, accurate diagrams. Most diagrams are of the "box and line" type rather than conforming to strict UML and other standards, which can be understood by most viewers without specialist knowledge.
Diagrams can be drawn using Visio, PowerPoint, or Corel Draw, and can be produced from any one of our sources. In particular, we can turn messy whiteboard diagrams into something much clearer!
We try to show all the required information with the minimum number of graphical elements. Tonal elements such as gradients, complex fills and backdrops are avoided unless they clarify the information presented, while the minimum number of fonts are used. A simple line diagram with one to three colours (for colour displays), or line styles and fills (for monochrome displays) is usually adequate.
